Dianne Dietrich joins LTS on July 29, 2008 Dianne Dietrich is our new Research Data and Metadata Librarian in the LTS Metadata Services Department. Dianne is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Information where she received a Master of Science in Information and a GIS (Spatial Analysis) certificate. She also holds a BA in mathematics from Wesleyan University. Dianne will be responsible for providing consultation, assessment, and support services to facilitate the many aspects of digital data curation. Dianne will use her burning curiosity to pursue new ideas in the dissemination of science and, ultimately, to guide the Cornell community of scholars in sharing and reusing scientific data. She will work at the intersection of digital data, technology, and metadata for the Cornell University Library.
