LTS Integration (2004-06) In May 2004 the university Workforce Planning Team led by Vice President Ainslie endorsed the University Librarian's recommendation that the Library integrate its technical services operations into a unified function that results in clear direction, efficiencies, and savings. A CUL Technical Services Integration team, under the leadership of the Associate University Librarian for Technical Services, has been assembled. Members have expertise in technical services, process redesign, project management, and teamwork. A facilitator from University Human Resources provides guidance on organizational change management. The team is taking a CUL-wide perspective on how technical services can best serve all library users at CUL.
