Present: Jim Alberts (chair), Jim Spear, Margaret Nichols, Lois Purcell, Debra Warfield

We discussed the new draft LTS procedures page based on TSWeb template. We agreed that we prefer the look of the TSWeb template (blue header) instead of the CTS (yellow) header and that the TOC displayed on one page. We believe that Jim LeBlanc’s approval and positive comments are a step in the right direction.

As Nate and Jim A. discussed, nothing new will be added to the main page of the TOC. We agreed that Lois will redirect the links so they will display for those with bookmarks for the old site. We discussed and agreed that the integration of the Voyager procedures into the list was the correct decision. Deb is responsible for integrating the three individual Voyager procedures into LTS procedure #12 withdrawals, transfers and reinstatements. Lois updated the administrative procedures, to reflect the relevant unit, LTS or Olin LTS. In addition, she will edit the remaining places where CTS appears in the Administrative Procedures section.

A short discussion followed regarding "tools" vs. "procedures" vs. "reference materials" and we agreed on "procedures" as the appropriate choice for the title of the procedures page.

We identified typos, parenthetical problems and minor revisions. Lois will correct and remove all other notes.

We discussed the "footer" and CUL logo currently displayed.

Jim A. anticipates announcing the change next week.

Jim will keep us informed on any new issues with Nate and his group.
