TSWeb Technical Team Minutes, Nov. 9, 2005
In attendance: Michal Jacyna, Sally Lockwood, Nate Rupp, Nancy Solla
1. We discussed whether we needed to offset the subheadings on the front page from the main headings using different color/size font or by indenting the subheadings. We decided that a smaller size font would work.
2. We talked about beginning to gather content for the site. We divided up responsibility for the LTS units like this:
a. Database Management ? Michal
b. Metadata Services ? Nancy
c. Electronic Resources and Serials Management ? Nate
d. Acquisitions and Information Organization ? Nate
We divided up responsibility for the functional sections like this:
a. Who We Are ? Nate
b. Services ? Sally
c. Projects and Initiatives ? Michal
d. Procedures and Policies ? Jim Alberts
e. Resources and Tools ? Sally
f. Training ? Nancy
Sally agreed to type up the minutes from our review of the site earlier in the semester as a way to review what content we had discussed falling under each category. [Her minutes were sent out on Tuesday, November 15.]
