Annex Transfer Request

 
Use this form to request the transfer of a specific title from the Library Annex back to a unit library.  One holdings number per request. For list of library locations, see list of location codes.

If checked, the item will be sent to the requesting selector. Otherwise, the item will be sent to the stacks.

List all barcodes that are connected to the holdings number.
