LTS Training Survey Results The LTS Training Team was charged with the task of designing, administering, and analyzing a survey to determine the training needs of the department. The team consisted of Anna Korhonen, Ardeen White, Nathan Rupp, and Nancy Solla. The survey was administered in the late fall of 2005, and analysis took place in the months following. The findings resulted in the first set of tailor-made classes for LTS staff, the first of which are to be offered in June 2006, with other courses following through November 2006.
