Scope: If you are unable to access Voyager clients, or if the system will not let you save or update records, report the problem according to the following instructions:

Follow departmental guidelines or send an e-mail to CUL-LIBSYS-L and TSVOYAGE-L.


Weekends, Holidays, and Weekdays After Hours

Phone the Cornell Network Operations Center (NOC) at: 5-9900. In addition, send an e-mail to TSVOYAGE-L to indicate that you have reported the problem.
