Non-Book Formats and Microforms:
Unit Library Storage Codes Preliminary records are created for books where no cataloging copy is found in Voyager, OCLC or RLIN. Items for unit libraries for which LTS Olin does the processing are assigned a storage code for that unit. See Unit library storage codes. Books which are assigned a storage code are placed on the storage trucks in the physical processing unit.
O/K/U Language Storage Codes. O/K/U items that lack cataloging copy are assigned a storage code for the broad language category in which the item is written. See O/K/U language storage codes, with a list of the storage codes and the languages that fall into each. Books which are assigned a storage code are placed on the storage trucks in the physical processing unit.
