Scope: This procedure provides instructions for running loads for Integrated Tool for Selection and Ordering (ITSO).

Load instructions for files from the following vendors:
Vendor: Aux Amateurs de Livres (SUSPENDED)
- Load frequency: Every two weeks.
Steps:
1. Click on the Windows start button, select the topmost option Bear Access via Runway, then press enter.
- Open WS_FTP LE (File Transfer Protocol).
- In the new window “Session Properties”, under the general tab, in the profile name field, select Auxam, then click ok.
- In the new window “WS_FTP LE auxam.wmginfo.com”, Scroll-down to the bottom of the list and select the last file that looks similar to this: (i.e., “NewTitles_Auxam_06010265468.mrc”), then click once on the rename option.
- In the new window “Input”, copy the highlighted text string to the clipboard (this occurs automatically when you press “Ctrl-C” on the keyboard), then click cancel.
- In the “WS_FTP LE auxam.wmginfo.com” window, click exit.
2. Open SSH Secure Shell:
a) Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>auxam=”.
- After the “=”, hover the mouse over the non-blinking blue cursor and right-click the mouse, selecting the paste option.
- When the command-line looks similar to this: “itso_load<SPACE>auxam=(i.e., “NewTitles_Auxam_06010265468.mrc)”, then press enter.
3. When SSH Secure Shell load session is complete (approx. 1.5 hrs), then close SSH Secure Shell.

Vendor: Blackwell
Steps:
1. Locate the weekly Blackwell email with the subject line: “ENotes – ITSO_Blackwells”.
2. Open My Computer, double-click on the blackwell drive [blackwell on 'library30.library.cornell.edu\input\vendorFirmOrd\extensions'(B:)], and open the b:data folder.
a) Create a new folder, assigning the email receipt date as its name (i.e., b:data\yy-dd-mm).
3. Return to the Blackwell email and open the attached Excel file (.xls).
a) Rename the file to “black.txt”, saving it as tab-delimited text to the newly created folder on the blackwell drive (i.e., b:data\yy-mm-dd).
4. Open the RUN Command, by clicking on the Windows start button, which is on the lower left corner of the computer screen, choose from the start button menu the run option.
- Type “cmd”, then press enter.
- In the new window “C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe”, type “b:”, then press enter.
- Type, “itso_bw.exe<SPACE>data\{newly created folder; i.e., yy-mm-dd}\black.txt”, press enter.
- After the program completes the conversion, which will output a “.mrc” file named by using the word “blackwell” and the email receipt date (i.e., “blackwell20051203.mrc”), close the window.
5. Return to the blackwell drive “b:data\{newly created folder; i.e., yy-mm-dd}” folder and transfer the newly created “.mrc” file to the b:data folder (i.e., b:data\).
6. Open newly created “.mrc” file in Voyager Cataloging Module.
- Alt R+P+N.
- Select file from the blackwell drive “b:data\{newly created .mrc file}”.
- When a new windows appears “B:\data\{newly created .mrc file name}”, select three top most MARC records, and then press enter.
- Check the following MARC tag fields for accuracy:
- 245 – Title & name.
- 260 – Imprint (publisher name, location, & date).
- 981 – Price (numbers followed by the character “L”, indicate British Pounds)
- If all specified tag fields are accurate, then close the MARC records in the Voyager Cataloging Module.
7. Open SSH Secure Shell
- Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>black={newly created “.mrc” file name}, then press enter.
8. When SSH Secure Shell load session is complete (approx. 1.5 hrs), then close SSH Secure Shell.

Vendor: Casalini (SUSPENDED)
Steps:
1. Click on the Windows start button, select the topmost option Bear Access via Runway, then press enter.
- Open WS_FTP LE (File Transfer Protocol).
- In the new window “Session Properties”, under the general tab, in the profile name field, select Casalini, then click ok.
- In the new window “WS_FTP LE FTP.CASALINI.IT”, double-click on records in the right-most portion of window, which is called “Remote Site”.
- Scroll-down to the bottom of the list and select the last file that looks similar to this: (i.e., “R_Nyra40b.545”), then click once on the rename option.
- In the new window “Input”, copy the highlighted text string to the clipboard (this occurs automatically when you press “Ctrl-C” on the keyboard), then click cancel.
- In the “WS_FTP LE FTP.CASALINI.IT” window, click exit.
2. Open SSH Secure Shell:
- Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>casalini=”.
- After the “=”, hover the mouse over the non-blinking blue cursor and right-click the mouse, selecting the paste option.
- When the command-line looks similar to this: “itso_load<SPACE>casalini=(i.e., “R_Nyra40b.545”)”, then press enter.
3. When SSH Secure Shell load session is complete (approx. 1.5 hrs), then close SSH Secure Shell.

Vendor: Harrassowitz (SUSPENDED)
- Load frequency: Every two weeks.
Steps:
1. Locate the Harrassowitz email with the subject line: “24-FS / A new datafile is available”. In the body of the email look for a file name with the suffix “.abc”.
- Highlight the file name (i.e., “20051122051028.24fs.fs.marc21.abc”), then copy it to the clipboard (this occurs automatically when you press “Ctrl-C” on the keyboard).
2. Open SSH Secure Shell:
a) Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>harrass=”.
- After the “=”, hover the mouse over the non-blinking blue cursor and right-click the mouse, selecting the paste option.
- When the command-line looks similar to this: “itso_load<SPACE>harrass=(i.e., “20051122051028.24fs.fs.marc21.abc)”, then press enter.
3. When SSH Secure Shell load session is complete (approx. 1.5 hrs), then close SSH Secure Shell.

Vendor: LC
- Load frequency: Every week.
Steps:
1. Open a new session in SSH Secure Shell:
- Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>all-lc=(file name “yy.ww” [year.week] [look at latest email from Peter.D.Ward@mts.marcdatabase.com for the file name]; the file name is in quotations in the body of the email, i.e., “05.42”), then press enter.
2. When SSH Secure Shell load session is complete (approx. 3 hrs), then close SSH Secure Shell.

Vendor: Yankee
Steps:
1. Locate the weekly Yankee email with the subject line: “ GOBI@ slip view alert - ITSO_LOAD”.
2. Open My Computer, double-click on the yankee drive [yankee on 'library30.library.cornell.edu\input\vendorFirmOrd\extensions'(I:)] and open the i:data folder.
Create a new folder, assigning the email receipt date as its name (i.e., i:data\yy-mm-dd).
3. Return to the Yankee email and rename the file attachment to “yankee.txt” by right-clicking on the file and selecting the Save Attachment As option, saving it to the newly created folder on the yankee drive (i.e., i:data\yy-mm-dd).
4. Open the RUN Command, by clicking on the Windows start button, which is on the lower left corner of the computer screen, choose from the start button menu the run option.
Type “cmd”, then press enter.
- In the new window “C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe”, type “i:”, then press enter.
- Type, “itso_ybp.exe<SPACE>data\{newly created folder; i.e., yy-mm-dd}\yankee.txt”, press enter.
- After the program completes the conversion, which will output a “.mrc” file named by using the word “yankee” and the email receipt date (i.e., “yankee20051203.mrc”), close the window.
5. Return to the “i:data\{newly created folder; i.e., yy-mm-dd}” folder and transfer the newly created “.mrc” file to the i:data folder (i.e., i:data\).
6. Open newly created “.mrc” file in Voyager Cataloging Module.
- Alt R+P+N.
- Select file from the yankee drive (i.e., i:data\).
- When a new windows appears “I:\data\{newly created .mrc file name}”, select three top most MARC records, and then press enter.
- Check the following MARC tag fields for accuracy:
- 245 – Title & name.
- 260 – Imprint (publisher name, location, & date).
- 981 – Price (in USD).
- If all specified tag fields are accurate, then close the MARC records in the Voyager Cataloging Module.
7. Open SSH Secure Shell:
- Click the profiles icon and select ctsbulk from the drop down list.
- Enter the password (ask your supervisor), then press enter.
- Type “itso_load<SPACE>yankee={newly created “.mrc” file name}, then press enter.
