Schedule for Withdrawals & Transfers
This documents lists the number of pieces to be withdrawn, by unit library or collection, that DMS can handle on a regular basis. We will process these items within four weeks of receipt, according to CUL's "Selection Policy for Shelf Space Adjustment".
Please make arrangements in advance for complete runs of serial titles that exceed 25 volumes or for special projects that require an accelerated processing rate.
Unit libraries are responsible for making arrangements with Shipping and abiding by Shipping's requirements and schedule limitations.
